The Royal Council
The Royal Council of Unova consists of 19 seats. Members are representatives of Province, state or even independent citizen representatives. The Council is the legislature for the Sultanate of Unova. The council is where all Pembesar ,governors and ministers discuss issues and topics with representatives with the Sultan as the speaker and organiser of the council. All laws and amendments must be discussed in the Royal Council
